Paula’s Choice is expanding our recruiting team to effectively prepare for upcoming, significant growth. The Recruiting team partners with hiring teams throughout all areas of the organization to ensure hiring needs are met.

This role will require someone with truly exceptional organization skills, absolute attention to detail, a very strong solutions-based mentality and a passion for supporting others.
In this role, you’ll work along side an innovative team of professionals focusing on strategic recruiting, employer branding and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. If you have a background in Recruiting and you’re passionate about exploring ways to consistently improve processes, supporting others and driving real change – this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience:
$60,000 – $70,000 USD/annually
Paula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate’s region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
