We need a Customer Success Manager with skills in enterprise software, onboarding, project planning and account management – essentially, all aspects of delivering on the value of our digital asset management and product content syndication platform. This role will work closely with our Sales and Product teams. We are looking for a positive person with a ‘can-do’ mindset.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

Our team and the SaaS arm of Pattern is growing fast. We expect this role will lead to leadership of a team in the near future.
What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
In the first 30 days you would be on every customer call and training under our current technical onboarding / customer success manager. His role will split and he will move toward product development and you will take over and build on his many responsibilities relating to onboarding new customers and tracking success with some existing customers. In between training, you will have time for personal experimentation on the platform to further familiarize yourself with the tool. You will also join in broad company strategy and product development meetings for a well-rounded view of our current and future solutions. After three months you will be onboarding your own new customers with the technical help from our current team, a data assistant, and our product team. We are a small team with high expectations, you will never feel alone or unsupported. In 6 months, you will be a master of the product and onboarding several customers per month while helping to build the CS team.
What is the team like?
We don’t have a lot of layers of management working on Amplifi.io. You will be mentored by a senior CSM, founder, and other leaders. You will be able to collaborate regularly with members of the product and technical teams to implement actionable solutions. Your hard work, ideas and input will be well received and highly visible.
