Position summary
In the context of the digital acceleration & the image revamp of the brand, the Senior Social Media & Digital Communications Manager is responsible to implement the communications strategy on the brand’s social platforms and website and to ensure an excellent execution of projects, to meet the company’s objectives in terms of image & business.
She/he works closely with the Communications Director and the Global Content Manager, as well as the CRM and the E-Commerce departments. She/he manages the Social Media & Digital Editorial Manager, several agencies, and the digital communications budget.
Key roles and responsibilities
1. Social media
- Implements the social media strategy on Instagram & Tiktok, develops the strategy on Youtube, Linkedin, Pinterest and Facebook, challenges & updates the strategy depending on platform evolutions and key brand objectives
- Creates editorial line across social platforms in coherence with the brand news and marketing plan, creates coherent editorial planning across touchpoints
- Enriches social media guidelines & ensures perfect execution in social platforms activities – posting, reactive & proactive community management…
- Monitors & analyses KPIs, creates monthly reporting
- Manages Chinese local platforms with the support of the local communications agency – Red, Douyin, Weibo, Wechat
2.Brand website & emailing
- Participates actively in the new website launch with the e-commerce team – inputs on mockups and content creation, coordination of deliverables, creation of new brand landing pages. Inputs on roadmap for future website evolutions
- Coordinates continuously the updating of contents on the website depending on marketing calendar – homepage, landing pages, product pages. Guarantees coherence of digital campaigns across touchpoints –social, website, paid, CRM
- Creates briefs for key campaigns across digital touchpoints: CRM email automation, product launches, Festive campaign
- Manages project for key website evolutions, with the e-commerce team – fragrance finder, new languages…
- Creates emails planning according to marketing calendar & emailing pillars, in close collaboration with the CRM and e-commerce departments
- Ensures the perfect execution of newsletters & email automation
- Participates actively in the definition of the brand’s tone of voice and its application on all platforms

Desired Background and Experience:
- Education level: Master’s degree (communications, business…)
- 5-8 years’ experience in digital communications (social media, brand website), preferably in luxury/beauty/fragrances. An experience at a global level is mandatory.
- Native French speaker, bilingual in English
- Follows actively trends on social media, digital, perfume and luxury
