This role is based in the NYC area; coming into our Midtown office 3-4 days a week or as dictated by workload/ business needs.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our Parade team. Parade is revolutionizing the most emotional apparel category from the ground up—a grassroots movement for a new and better underwear brand, one that celebrates who you are today. This individual will be responsible for leading brand communication across all marketing campaigns and product launches and will own all brand communication across all external communications and retail partners. The ideal candidate will drive forward our brand mission, be a strategic thinker, an expert in marketing and a highly organized leader. They will play a crucial role in driving revenue, fostering creativity, and ensuring the brand’s consistency and clarity.
You will be working in a collaborative environment, engaging with many departments within the company including, but not limited to Design, Revenue, Merchandising and Paid Marketing and will be reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
· Lead Fully Integrated Marketing Campaign: Oversee end-to-end brand marketing communications across various channels, including acquisition, social media, community, retention and digital to drive revenue.
· Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, defining product positioning, copy strategy and content streams.
· Brand Expansion: Lead brand expansion into third-party retailers, ensuring a clear and consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
· Marketing Calendar Ownership: Manage the marketing and launch calendar, outlining key touch points for cross-functional teams, including promotions, gifts with purchase and new product launches.
· Operational Leadership: Act as a key operational leader, bridging the gap between executive leadership and channel owners to problem-solve and develop strategies to address core business challenges.
· Email and SMS Calendar Management: Own and manage the email and SMS marketing calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging presence, delivering a reason to buy every day of the year.
· Review and Approval: Review and approve cross-functional marketing briefs for new product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
· Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative and e-commerce production team launches to life and ensure engaging and brand right content.
