Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Paparazzi Accessories, you will join a dynamic marketing team responsible for the presentation of our product and brand across multiple digital and print projects. You will focus on a broad range of projects ranging from logo development, signage for events, sales tools for our Independent Consultants, graphics for social media campaigns, and more; all while working within the guidelines of an established style guide. Impeccable attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team setting are crucial.
Responsibilities:
Develop new designs and concepts while working within the parameters of the established style guide.
Create a variety of projects including booklets, pamphlets, apparel design, digital graphics, banners, unique event branding, logos, and more.
Collaborate with creative team to ensure cohesive branding in all mediums.
Maintain established relationships with vendors to oversee completion of projects.
Skills/Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in graphic design.
Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience organizing and maintaining a large catalog of files.
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency within established brand.
Expansive creativity with an ability to introduce fresh new concepts and ideas.
Abilities
Must be able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication, good organization and time management skills.
Ability to work under stress and prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism around design ideas.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
High degree of dependability, with consistent attendance and punctuality.
