Leading successful branded outerwear co in business over 20 years, seeks experienced shipping and order entry production coordinator. The ideal candidate must be a hardworking and detail oriented individual. Candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all data and purchase orders are correctly recorded and communicated to retail/ vendors.
- Order Entry and Order allocation
- Work with warehouse
- Place and distribute customer ticket orders for vendors.
- Proficient in EDI and sales reports. Proses EDI/ non EDI customers orders
- Follow through orders and maintain orders in system. General knowledge of shipping procedure from Order entry to shipping.
- Spec sheets/samples, PIM Setup, style entry, prepare orders for billing department, Issue UPC’s
- Must work internally with VR of sales, production manager, design and inventory planning. Multi task and have strong communication skills
- Label matrix program- creating files and inputting ticket info.
- Assist with approving UPC & care label layouts for bulk production.
- Keep track of all passing test reports for each style.
- Assist vendors/ retails with any shipping compliance questions/concerns.
- Assist with obtaining confirmations from each vendor on delivery and order receipt.
- Must be a team player and able to work well with others.
- Must be computer literate – excel and word.
