Outerknown is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Leader to join the team and help us expand into brick & mortar retail. This is a pivotal role in the company and will involve providing optimum level customer service and styling, maximizing personal sales at all opportunities, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for our clients.
As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals. You will work closely with the team to provide coaching and feedback while promoting an unrivaled client-first culture
