Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Approximately 3 years related experience in order to gain in-depth knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR transactional and operational functions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Human Resources certification

Strong interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective communication and to lead others at all levels toward the accomplishment of strategic goals.
Excellent written communication skills necessary for preparing accurate and appropriate documentation, reports, and presentations.
Computer and software skills necessary to communicate and document effectively, compose presentations and reports, and to gather and analyze data.
