Job Summary:
The College of Education is seeking an Education PhD Lead . This is a
part-time (0.50 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
This position manages the overall Education PhD program. A
Program Lead establishes and maintains program processes, policy, and programmatic documents and engages in assessment and outreach. These
positions provide deep programmatic insight specific to the academic program content.

The Education PhD Program Lead oversees their program in collaboration with the (Education PhD Program Chair and the
college administrative coordinator to assure that the program is operating effectively and aligned with the college strategic plan. The
Lead oversees student advising and organization of program content while attending to complex logistics and timelines. The position stays
abreast of issues and developments, anticipates needs, advises students, and works directly with a program chair to assure program
integrity and alignment. The Lead is expected to take action on issues related to students and on program delivery.
