****SOME CORE RESPONSIBILITES****

1. Managing Staff

2. Managing day to day operations

3. Training Staff

4. Hiring/Firing

5. Implementing office procedures to create a more streamlined process

6. Back up for the administrative team

7. Keeping track of stats to report to the owner

8. Working with staff and clients to make sure clients are happy and finishing care on time

9. Keeping up relations with referral partners

10. Overall managing of client care

11. Overseeing promotions

12. Handle Refund Requests

13. Working with management team to ensure company culture is maintained

14. Taking owner’s vision and turning it into a reality.

I am looking for an individual to help lead my team to the next level. Every day is an exciting and rewarding day. A typical day is filled with tears of joy with people being able spend more meaningful time with their grandkids and fit in the clothes that had been shoved to the back of the closet, without any medication, pre-packaged food, diet pills or other gimmicks. We constantly change people’s lives with a process we have created to help people lose stubborn weight, utilizing natural products and food they can buy at any grocery store. This is what we love to do. We know that its never just about a number on the scale. People are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired! Changing lives 1 pound at a time.
