A construction client is currently looking for a Bilingual HR/Payroll Administrator for a growing mid-size company
Human Resources / Payroll Administrator is required to comfortably juggle a multitude of tasks while working in a fast paced and high energy work place. Human Resource and Payroll knowledge required.
Hiring and processing of new employees; administrating health benefits; processing termination of current employees; administrating health benefits; handling first aide and workers compensation employees; tracking of sick and vacation accruals.
Track and assist in coordination of drivers daily activities. Must be able to manage time for multiple departments. Produce various daily reports with regards to employees time to managers. Compile employee time, production and payroll data from time sheets and other reports. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Human Resources / Payroll Administrator must demonstrate: Problem-Solving skills; Interpersonal Skills (maintain confidentiality, remain open to other peoples ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.); Written Communication Skills; Quality control (validates accuracy and thoroughness to ensure own work quality); Dependability (consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management directions).
Human Resources / Payroll Administrator needs to have an understanding of payroll to include piece work; Strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office package: Excel, Word, Outlook; Attention to detail and ability to professionally manage confidential material will be critical; motivated self-starter with superior written and oral communications skills; Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines; Good time-management skills.
