Embedded Firmware Contract

This leading company are looking for an Embedded Firmware engineer that specializes in radio firmware systems to join their team

Required Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Firmware development for the control of complex analogue/digital and RF systems
  • Competent in C programming, particularly within a constrained Embedded environment

Desired Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience of firmware architecture for radio systems
  • Ability to implement complex hardware based algorithms, radio calibrations and FSMs
  • Radio characterisation using test equipment
  • Competent in MATLAB and/or Python, especially within a test environment
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols
