We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proficient in managing a variety of administrative tasks, and possess a can-do attitude. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, supporting the CEO as and when needed, and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the organization.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports the Senior Vice President in coordinating administrative office services. The primary functions include but are not limited to appointment-setting for the CEO, filing, ordering of office supplies, lunch ordering, expense management, management of CRM, time tracking reporting and other administrative activities. A successful candidate is poised to grow professionally as they support the team, engage with our clients as the first point of contact in office and bring a positive and driven attitude to the larger Novità team.
This is an onsite role but we are flexible on days/hours during normal working hours. Approximate Days are 2 days a week.
