TITLE: PRINCIPAL TALENT ATTRACTION PARTNER, EXECUTIVE SCOUT

OVERVIEW:
As part of the Global Talent Attraction Center of Expertise (GTA CoE), the Principal Talent Attraction Partner, Executive Scout will be a business partner to Executive Leaders to acquire talent for our Leadership level roles. Relying on expert level sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle of our executive level hiring.
With an eye on our candidate experience, and while representing SharkNinja’s brand and Success Drivers, the Principal Talent Attraction Partner, Executive Scout will partner with key stakeholders to attract leaders to our organization. In turn, the Executive Scout will raise up any identified attractiveness opportunities to the Global Talent Attraction Leadership Team to ensure quality hiring.
Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:
Serve as an HR Business Partner with an expertise in Talent Attraction
Consult with TA Leadership on project scope and resources required
Develop and implement effective talent strategies
Play the role of an internal search firm agent; master sourcer and talent scout
Provide counsel to Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions, and during the recruitment lifecycle, of changing market conditions
In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs
Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source, assess candidates via telephone interview, manage the interview process, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process, check references, and negotiate offers
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers
Assist managers with hiring decisions and negotiations
Ensure internal and external market equity
Provide recommendations on Outreach events and Recruitment tools; participate in various recruitment related events relative to Workforce Development, University Relations and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Raise up attractiveness issues to Hiring Managers, HR Partner, and Global Talent Attraction Leadership Team
Assists with reporting when needed
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Bachelors degree or 8+ years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing
8+ years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
Experience recruiting leadership level positions in a corporate environment
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
· Experience using Lever Applicant Tracking System or comparable
· Experience recruiting C-Suite/Director+ level positions within a corporate environment
· Experience working in consumer products industry
