DIRECTOR, SUPPLY CHAIN DEPLOYMENT GLOBAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Director, Supply Chain Deployment Global Performance Management.
This role is responsible for driving the advancement of operational performance management capabilities and metrics in support of Global Supply Chain strategic objectives. Change is our offense. We seek a self-starter with knowledge and experience in the Global Supply Chain. They should be an effective people leader and change-maker who can successfully operate with agility through ambiguity and influence partners. They should possess strong self-awareness and have a bias for action. In addition to exposure to the Global Supply Chain, the candidate must have experience in leading strategic performance management, developing business/functional strategy, or executing large-scale program management and organizational change.
What You Will Work On
As our Global Performance Management Director, you are responsible for one of the key strategies for our function – to implement and enhance ways of understanding and connecting performance end-to-end across the global supply chain and driving mission discipline through the sequencing and prioritization of the most business-critical metrics and accompanying narratives. You will derive key insights to inform strategic decision-making by our senior leaders and champion continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in defining the processes that enable performance management and will lead the development and governance of the Performance Management Offense.
You will own the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the global supply chain and will lead efforts to elevate and evolve Performance Management as a critical business capability. This will include defining the appropriate metrics to examine business performance, a partnership with functional leaders to implement KPIs and review processes, and a strong relationship with the Data & Analytics team to develop the tools to report, analyze, and improve KPIs. You will use your business knowledge to explain operational performance through data and elevate relevant issues for leadership attention.
You will also lead a team of Performance Management professionals to guide the definition and evolution of metrics and processes as our business changes to enable the Global Supply Chain to continuously improve the performance of Sourcing & Manufacturing and Consumer Fulfillment & Logistics. You will create a pull for the expertise of your team to advise on how to measure business performance and the impact of project implementations on it.
Your work relates directly to our strategy and supports the priorities and evolution of our functional teams.

You will report to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Deployment. As a member of that leadership team, you will work with functional leaders across Supply Chain Innovation, Product Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analytics, Supply & Inventory Planning, Marketplace Global and Geo teams, and key partners like Finance, Strategy, and Technology to develop and implement solutions.
You will lead a team to enable your efforts and to support the operationalization and standardization of world-class performance management: building and refining ways of working, designing frameworks, aligning with corporate reporting requirements, and guiding senior-level partners through building muscles to drive mission discipline and understanding the performance management narrative and tradeoffs across the end-to-end Global Supply Chain.
You will be part of a broader community of Supply Chain Innovation leaders across Global and Geo teams. You will partner with VPs and Senior Directors, acting as a thought partner for business challenges and a catalyst to optimize present-day performance, shape the future through innovation, acceleration, and team efficiency, and ultimately demonstrate impact on the business results delivered to Nike’s Chief Supply Chain Officer.
