Job title: Director – Organizational Effectiveness (M&A integration)
Position Summary
As the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, you will play a crucial role in our HR Integration Team, responsible for driving the successful integration of NIQ & GfK organizations.
Your primary focus will be bringing to life our new business units’ organizational structures by establishing the right operating models, defining ways of working and further optimizing the organizational structure and reporting relationships aligned with our organizational principles. You will work cross-functionally and in close partnership with the HR Business Partners, the Business Leaders, and their teams. This role is designed to lead and execute the integration process efficiently and effectively.
