Job title: Analyst – Organizational Effectiveness (Data Management & Modelling, M&A)

Position Summary

As an Analyst Organizational Effectiveness, you will play a crucial role in our HR Integration Team, responsible for driving the successful integration of NIQ & GfK organizations.

Your primary focus will be supporting the data management and modeling activities related to our organizational integration and organizational effectiveness activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our data management process by working with HRBPs to ensure high quality and reflect any org changes being implemented
• Attain deep understanding of our org data to be able to model and simulate org scenarios and implications
• Maintain databases, data models and data visualization tools used to facilitate data analysis and reporting
• Perform advanced data analysis, using statistical techniques and modeling to identify patterns, trends and insights related to organizational effectiveness
• Collaborate with Integration team, Business Leaders and HRBPs to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with the organizational objectives
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing data findings and recommendations
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement efforts
• Support the implementation and evaluation of organizational effectiveness programs, interventions and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong experience in data management, data modeling and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python or R
• Familiarity with HR systems and databases is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making and organizational effectiveness
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
