Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Anne Brennan, the Vice President, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (VP, Strategic FP&A) will be an integral part of the leadership team efficiently scaling the finance organization at a fast-growing, dynamic private company. The VP, FP&A will lead the group responsible for providing timely, accurate reporting and analytics, offer data-driven insights and recommendations, and will drive operational excellence in the finance function. This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management and other key internal and external stakeholders.
The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis will be a strategic, innovative, and operationally oriented finance executive who possesses a strong understanding of financial planning & analysis, decision support, financial systems, and transformation. The role requires a strong process orientation and exceptional business partnership skills, as the VP, FP&A will be a strong leader – capable of extending influence beyond core finance and planning issues.

This position requires a highly accomplished and analytical financial leader with consistent demonstrated results in dynamic, high-growth businesses including leading FP&A for a public company. This individual will play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic direction of the company, using their financial expertise to guide the company towards its strategic goals. Compensation, Rewards & Benefits
The compensation offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $360,000- $430,000, including annual income incentive compensation.
