Are you a people-oriented and dynamic professional seeking a crucial role within the Reputation & Advocacy team in our Marketing department? As a Reputation Specialist, you will play a vital part in managing and enhancing our company’s reputation by providing a white-glove experience when handling social escalations. Your expertise will enable us to create an amazing customer journey from the very first interaction.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments to integrate exceptional customer experiences with streamlined tracking in Salesforce. Handling difficult conversations with finesse, whether through phone, email, or text, will be your forte as you transform customers with concerns into enthusiastic advocates through personalized approaches.
Your primary objective will be to achieve quick and comprehensive issue resolution delivered in a 1:1 personal manner, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting loyalty.
