JOB MISSION:

The Analyst, Consumer Insights & Analytics will work closely with Global Product Creation and Merchandising teams to embed consumer insights into our go-to-market process. This role will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research to ensure business decisions are made with the consumer in mind. This role will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive analyses of industry data and presenting actionable recommendations to internal partners. The analyst will ensure we have an internal and external view of how consumers behave across brands, categories, and specific products and conduct analysis on a global scale.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collaborate with product, design, and merchandising teams to understand if and how target consumers connect with footwear and apparel concepts.
• Partner with product teams to inform product creation and product improvements, driving innovation.
• Support merchandising teams to influence product assortment and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead primary research methodology design and execution, including quantitative and creative qualitative studies.
• Lead data-driven analysis, reporting, and communication to inform critical business decisions.
• Own research vendor management and assessment, including identifying new partners, onboarding, relationship building, and contract negotiation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

• 2+ years of professional experience in consumer insights, analytics, or management consulting
• An interest in understanding consumer behavior
• A collaborative, growth mindset and working style
• Foundational statistical knowledge for analyzing quantitative data
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative consumer research techniques
• Experience with survey writing, discussion guide creation, facilitation, programming, data analysis, and presenting insights
• Experience leading data-driven analysis and translating observations into actionable business recommendations
• Ability to visualize data and incorporate into storytelling for less technical audiences
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Psychology, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Flexible Work Schedule
