Overview:
We are looking to add Registered Nurses (RN) to both our day & night shift teams.
We offer our full-time RN team members:
$10,000 sign on bonus for Day Shift, $15,000 for Night Shift, paid in 2 installments after 6 and 12 months
$5 Shift Diff for Nights
$1 per hour pay rate “bonus” for each year of nursing experience in psych, up to $5 per hour!
Perfect attendance bonus after first 90-days

Schedule is as followed.
Week 1: M, Tu, Fri, Sat
Week 2:
Sun, Wed, Thur
It’s a 4/3 rotation- all 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN), under the direction of the DON will plan, direct, and evaluates total patient care and to assume management responsibilities as delegated, in accordance with established policy and philosophy. The RN will work with a team of talented Registered Nurses and support staff:
Makes regular rounds of assigned patients independently and with physicians. Observes and evaluates patient’s symptoms, progress and reactions to treatments and mediations. Takes corrective actions as indicated.
Participates in hospital safety programs. Responsible for knowing the lifting requirements of the job and requesting assistance when appropriate
Demonstrates and maintains competency in nursing skills and knowledge. Demonstrates age appropriate competency skills and knowledge, displays ability to perform skills specific to patient population identified in unit specific skills list(s).

Ability to direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.
Passionate about quality care and recovery of adults with psychiatric illnesses.
Serve as administration resource person to staff.

Qualifications:
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure:
Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Arizona. BLS and Crisis Prevention Intervention certifications obtained during orientation.
Experience:
At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferrably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience is great, too!
