Networking Technologies + Support Looking for Managed Print Services Coordinator at Midlothian, VA  Full Time

NTS IS HIRING A FULL-TIME MANAGED PRINT SERVICES COORDINATOR.

This position is to assist managed print customers with new installs, consumables, escalations, planning, consolidation, and product support. If you have hands-on printer support and desktop support experience, this may be the right role for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer Focused
• Self-starter and Independent.
• Extremely well-organized and have strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Exhibit outstanding customer service traits.
• Open to learning specific procedures.
• Willing to work in high-security locations.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in networks, printer communications, and printer software implementation
• Familiar with Managed Print Concepts
• Working knowledge of Multi-Function printers/copiers

Based out of Richmond with required travel; reliable transportation is a must (mileage is reimbursed).

Pay: $20 – $22/hour with benefits starting on Day 91 of employment.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
