Job Title: Human Resources AssistantLocation: North HighlandsCompensation: $20 hourlyHR Assistant Responsibilities:

• Record and update employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax info, attendance and performance reviews, etc
• Process applications and assist with employment activities
• Provide employee information to payroll
• Answer questions about employee files and provide information to authorized individuals
• Compiles and maintains records for use in benefit administration
• Administers applicant screening and tracking, sort resumes, schedule screenings, may interview candidates
• Conduct new hire orientation, ensuring completion of new hire paperwork
• Assist with job postings

HR Assistant Requirements

• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a quick and efficient learner to new programs
• Excellent customer service skills, patient and empathetic
• Problem solving skills, detail oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Must uphold the highest standards of ethics, works well with others and inspires trust
