Job Description The Wellness Centre is currently seeking candidates for a Guest Relations Coordinator. This is a part-full time position. Candidate must be available to work on Saturdays and some evenings until 7pm. The perfect candidate will have a dynamic personality and excited for a new venture! Spa experience a plus!

- Welcome and introduce guests to facility and services available
- Assist guests with purchase of retail products
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Verify medical insurance and communicate to patients
- Schedule and Confirm all appointments according to company protocols
- Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of services and products
- Excellent telephone service to guests
- Perform sales transactions, creates and takes responsibility for point of sale data; follow procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Actively maintain a beautiful physical environment in all the public areas of the spa and engage in cleaning and re-stocking
- Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
- Communicate effectively within the spa
- Schedule reservations with guests
- Reconcile and balance all therapists slips at the close of the shift
- Reconcile and balance cash drawer at the close of shift
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional appearance
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude
- Organizational and time management skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and written skills
- Strong appointment scheduling and computer skills
- Telephone skills
- Strong desire to deliver high quality customer service
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to handle pressure situations with demanding client and management needs
Required experience: Previous Spa or Medical office experience preferred, Customer Service: 1 year
