Job Summary:
As a Recruiter at MOTHERSHIP, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s technology needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
– Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and professional networks, to identify and engage professionals.
– Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
2. Screening and Assessment:
– Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
– Assess candidates’ qualifications and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
– Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance and expertise.
– Participate in job requirement discussions and contribute to the development of job descriptions.
4. Interview Coordination:
– Coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and skills tests for candidates.
– Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate the decision-making process.
5. Offer Management:
– Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
– Ensure a smooth transition of candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
6. Market Research:
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide insights into the job market.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interview notes, and other recruitment documentation.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
8. Continuous Improvement:
– Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
– Participate in recruiting strategy discussions and contribute ideas for talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– High degree of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
