The Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the talent engine fueling a high-growth organization that is radically changing the biotech industry. As Moderna continues to grow, we need a seasoned MBA Recruiting Leader to rapidly build our MBA campus programs including the internship and full-time development programs. MBA talent will be hired into a variety of high impact teams within Moderna. The MBA recruiting leader will partner closely with the business stakeholders receiving MBAs to ensure we are hiring the highest quality talent from world-class MBA programs. This role will also lead the end-to-end school engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will bring proven best practices around MBA recruitment and identify the MBA programs to best support the scaling global organization. Here’s What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and build of the MBA program at Moderna where you will shape the future enterprise leaders.
Responsible for setting a candidate-first strategy to attract, recruit and retain strong MBA talent.
Support MBA Intern and MBA Fulltime requisitions during the Fall and Spring recruiting seasons. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify required and preferred skills, establish expectations, and educate on the process. Provide regular updates and establish strong partnerships to ensure all positions are filled within the recruiting cycle.
Lead the end-to-end global target school identification and engagement strategy including early engagement, on-campus events, career office relationships and professor inroads.
Identify DEI partnerships and conferences to best attract underrepresented students to Moderna
Design a high touch candidate experience for MBA talent
Apply a digital mindset to the recruitment process and recommend opportunities to infuse technology or efficiencies.
Strategize on Sell strategy for offerees through sell events and sell leads.
Bring a data driven recruiting mindset. Reporting out on candidate funnel results, school performance and candidate conversion metrics are key.
Partner closely with Candidate experience team, talent tech team and employer brand lead to elicit a smooth campus process.
Support MBA interns while on program and facilitate the performance and conversion process in partnership with hiring managers and HR.
Additional duties as needed may be assigned from time to time
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 8 years’ experience in Campus Recruiting, Talent Acquisition
Exceptional sourcing skills (you are a tenacious hunter that turns over every rock and naturally builds talent networks)
Demonstrated ability in developing early talent pipelines across multiple sources.
Having a Global mindset and growing the program on a global scale is important.
Ability to travel, including internationally, 20% of the time.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in Eightfold, Handshake or similar applicant tracking technologies.
Experience building strategies to engage talent who are part of college/university associations and affinity organizations, professional organizations or who attend top tier MBA programs.
End to end event management experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills – you are outgoing, communicative, and seek to build relationships daily
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and ability to communicate up and down the organization expertly.
An understanding of MBA programs both in and outside of the US to garner a partnership with is a plus.
