General Summary/Objective (Purpose of position):
The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead the US IVD Sales and Sales organization and be responsible for the Global marketing activities for all Minaris group IVD companies. This position will develop and accelerate the US Allergy IVD business, OEM business, strategize and accelerate the launch of POCT and other products of MMA and its affiliated companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage all US Regional Sales Managers (travel approvals / expense reports / sales report reviews)
· Perform market research to prepare OEM maps globally
· Identify prospective customers and solidify OEM contacts
· Lead Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) project team
· Build sales and global marketing strategy to include pricing strategy, suitable sales channels and establishing KOL relationships
· Execute strategies and tactics, and complete assigned milestones by due date to achieve goals
· Fully understand the company’s various technologies, products, and future directions
· Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements (Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):
· Strong background in in-vitro diagnostics business
· Strong background in Sales team management
· Excellent knowledge and skills in global marketing in the field of in-vitro diagnostics including POCT
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Ability to obtain an US Passport and International Visa, as required to travel internationally
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Prefer Marketing, Business or Science Degree)
· Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in related fields (e.g., in-vitro diagnostics, POCT, OEM, etc.)

· Travel to group companies, conferences, customers, etc. (domestic and international)

· Travel throughout US and International
· Long periods of sitting continuously up to 2 hours at a time and up to 8 plus hours total in a day

· Frequent viewing of computer screen continuously up to 2 hours at a time and up to 8 plus hours total in a day
