And our success allows MillerKnoll to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.Organizational Effectiveness ManagerGENERAL PURPOSEAs a member of the Global Talent Team, the Organizational Effectiveness Manager will oversee the development and implementation of key initiatives, such as organization design consultation, effective performance management, assessment strategy, and embedding competencies in the talent lifecycle. You will consult with HR and business leaders to diagnose organizational issues, design, and implement effective solutions. In this role, you will leverage your I/O expertise and analytical skills to assess data related to hiring, retention, and workforce analysis to identify insights that inform our global talent strategy.Essential Functions
- Design and oversee usage of organizational health and capability diagnostic to inform talent strategy.
- Develop operating model and organization design toolkit for use by HR Business Partners and leaders; consult and serve as subject matter expert on operating model and org design initiatives.
- Manage assessment strategy; recommend appropriate assessments for selection, talent assessment, leadership development, and 360 feedback; conduct psychometric analysis (e.g., item analysis, reliability analysis, adverse impact analysis) to evaluate assessments as needed.
- Develop multilevel competency model; partner with Talent Acquisition to implement sound competency-based selection practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of performance management approach.
- Advise on change management best practices and strengthen change management capability within HR.
- Research and analyze HR data related to hiring, retention, and workforce analysis.
- Consult with HR and business leaders to diagnose organizational effectiveness issues, plan, and implement appropriate interventions.Education/Experience/Skills
- Master’s degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or closely related field) with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable and skilled in statistical analysis, research methodologies, and competency model development
- Consulting experience (either internal or external)
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including storytelling with data
- Strong change management, relationship building, and influence skills with audiences at all leadership levels
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in complex environmentsPreferred Experience:
- Certification in relevant assessments (e.g., Hogan, Insights Discovery, EQ-I 2.0, 360s) and change management methodology (e.g., Prosci)Who We Hire?Simply put, we hire everyone.
