me&u are looking for a passionate individual to join our Product Management team as we continue to expand our global footprint across the hospitality industry. You’ll work within one of our squads which is responsible for the POS, billing and revenue management domain. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Associate Product Manager is responsible for assessing the market and identifying opportunities for new product features. You’ll gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, helping to define the product vision, and working closely with design and engineering, to deliver winning products. 

About the Role:

• Be the first point of contact for all feature requests – ideas can start anywhere (from the internal team, from our operators, and from our customers)
• Have a voice and an opinion (backed by data), in this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the product roadmap
• Translate product strategy and epic plans into user stories with detailed scenarios for product development
• Collect and analyse data on competitors and the market into meaningful information that can be used by the product team to determine key risk areas and opportunities to create competitive advantage. 
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration internally and with customers and clients, to understand sales and product pipeline that can unlock growth.
• Coordinate external technology providers to explore integration opportunities
• Assess and prioritise product features based on desirability, viability and feasibility
• Coordinate squads in collaboration with the engineering team leads and designers to plan upcoming sprints
• Work with our development and quality assurance teams to test pre-release features

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced technology environment
• Hospitality or eCommerce experience is a plus but not essential
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Tableau etc.
• B2B experience is a plus but not essential
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
