Job Summary:
Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or associates degree RN program.
Licensure: Current LPN or RN license in Ky and IL.
Certification: BLS certification required
Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Must have valid DL and current automobile insurance.
