We are looking for motivated, friendly and resourceful individuals to be part of our 2022 Team, and exciting 7th Season at Mendocino Grove.
Mendocino Grove is regarded as one of the top Glamping destinations in the US.
Located on the beautiful Northern California Coast, the 37 acre, 60 tent campground is in close proximity to the gorgeous beach at Big River, Historic Town of Mendocino and the majestic Navarro River.
Compensation: Mendocino Grove is a seasonal business open May 1-November 30. During this time we offer 8 paid staff positions with housing. Pay starts at $17/hours and housing is included.
Housing: We have converted and remodeled an old farmhouse on the campus for our seasonal worker lodging. The house comes equipped with large, bright, organized and outfitted kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, central living room and large deck. You will share a room with at least one other person sometimes two. The house is located in walking distance to the beach and town.
The Work: If selected for this program, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business including: Front Dest, Reservations, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Grounds Management.
Requirements: We require a minimum 4 month commitment from participants to be eligible for the seasonal program. We are accepting resumes and scheduling interviews now. We hope to have all decisions made by March 15.
