Nurse Practitioner – Geriatrics and Senior Services with MedStar Health in Washington, DC

We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Geriatrics and Senior Services, based at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center.  This position offers you the opportunity to practice with a superb interdisciplinary team that cares for a population of underserved and high-need elders.  Our team provides house calls (home-based primary care), hospital geriatrics services and partnerships with assisted living facilities.  We are also looking at future options for outpatient office practice.  And we offer regular opportunities for teaching residents and students. 

Our mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for frail elders with serious illness at home and across the continuum of care. You can be part of a highly motivated team of geriatricians, APPs, social workers, RN, and office staff who are changing the face of health care!

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  We are open to offering part-time work options.
