* In the interest of transparency, we do not have Pediatrics in the Baltimore Region. Not all specialty units will have new graduate positions available.

Do I need to be licensed to apply? No.

We offer new graduates the option to begin in the Graduate Nurse (GN) position e I position.

A Graduate Nurse (GN) is a recent nursing school graduate who will work in an unlicensed position, prior to taking the NCLEX exam. The GN is responsible for the provision of nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).

A Clinical Nurse I is a recent nursing school graduate who has successfully passed the NCLEX exam. As a licensed professional care provider, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients from admission through discharge.

Education

• BSN Preferred
• Associate’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing Required
• Bachelor’s degree enrollment required within 6 months of start date Required

Experience

Licenses and Certifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state or
• jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment or
• Multistate Compact state or
• license eligible. and
• CPR certification required by completion of introductory period.
