Admin House Supervisor Registered Nurse PRN Night Shift 7P – 7A
The Admin House Supervisor RN facilitates timely and safe patient flow and provides off-shift management and operational oversight of the hospital and ensures the provision of safe, quality patient care.
Serves as Administrator-In-House after hours, weekends and holidays
Assists in the provision of supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas and transition of care using established criteria and in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team
Works with hospital departments to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement
Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment
Responds to emergencies on the campus

What you need to be successful:
BSN required
Texas RN license or compact license is accepted
Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Must have at least two (2) year RN experience in an acute care hospital, preferably in the ICU or ED
Previous leadership experience preferred
