* Acts as the HR Business Partner for Leadership by providing guidance and counsel on variety of issues that include but not limited to – employee relations, HR policies and procedures, organizational development, federal, state, local laws and guidelines.
* Conducts recruiting and talent acquisition for all job positions including professional and medical/behavioral staff.
* Develops, manages, and implements, performance management strategies, policies, procedures and transactions with the goal to attract, engage and retain a highly qualified and talented work force.
* Provides guidance and development of position descriptions aligned with appropriate compensation analysis.
* Implements reward and recognition programs along with other employee well-being strategies.
* Ensures the Company is in compliance with country, federal, state, and local laws with policies and procedures. Monitors legal compliance, develops policies and procedures, and makes recommendations on policies and procedures.
*Qualifications and Skills*
Comprehensive understanding of all facets of Human Resource disciplines.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field of study.
* Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience along with three years of management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a diverse environment.
* Strong comprehension of all facets of Human Resource disciplines.
* Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
* Operational knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, compensation, performance management, workers comp, FMLA, ADA, and benefit administration.
* Ability to collaborate with various levels of management along with exceptional organizational skills.
* Strong computer skills, efficient in payroll systems along with HRIS systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
