Position description
The program coordinator will maintain responsibility for daily coordination activities, in collaboration with clinical care team members and operations leadership for the Multidisciplinary Stone Clinic. The Multidisciplinary Stone Clinic program provides multidisciplinary care to patients with stone disease, inclusive of care from subspecialized urologists, nephrologists, and registered dieticians. The program provides the unique opportunity for patients to see multidisciplinary care team members in a singular setting, housed within the Department of Urology, to manage their disease. Responsibilities of the program coordinator include:
Qualifications
High school or GED required; and, five (5) years of healthcare related experience required.
Additional qualifications
Previous work experience with the assigned or designated clinical area and/or program preferred.
License or certification
