The Patient Services Coordinator III, under supervision of the Manager, provides general administrative support to health care providers in a high-volume ambulatory setting, functioning as the primary interface between the care team and the patients. The emphasis is placed on the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, organize priorities, complete tasks, and manage confidential patient information. This position is located in the Transgender Health Program (THP), a multidisciplinary clinic in the MGH primary care network that provides both primary care and gender affirming consultative care to transgender and gender diverse patients of all ages.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
3- 4 years of related experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Undergraduate or Associates degree preferred
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Excellent interpersonal/communications skills and a good command of English language
• Demonstrates exceptional customer services skills
• Knowledge of computer applications necessary. (word processing, electronic mail, Internet, and other office management systems).
