The DrEaMH Innovation Initiative Project Manager supports all aspects of DrEaMH, including convening subject matter experts to build the implementation plan, coordinate with all project staff and partners, lead community engagement, and support DrEaMH’s health services for vulnerable communities in the greater Boston area through clinical triage, patient identification and recruitment, data review and analysis, and establishing a workflow for staff. He/she is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operations as well as for planning future schedules/events and creating staffing plans.
Together with the Director, the Manager manages several clinics/week across multiple locations that require set-up, engagement, staff management, and patient service. Because each clinic takes place in a different location, it is vital that the Manager is a skilled problem-solver who thrives on creating structure in a variety of different settings.
The Manager will also work closely with the Director of the Birth Partners Program and the Mobile Clinical Lead to iterate and expand mobile health service offerings over time.
This is a hybrid role and she/he will be required to work both in-person and remotely.1. Assist Director in recruitment/hiring/orientation of team members
2. Partner with the Director to support mobile health staff and temporary staff during clinics that take place in varied settings; directly supervise and manage registration staff
3. Support Director and project partners in programmatic implementation strategy, including outreaching to and convening subject matter experts and researching existing best practices.
4. Identify and outreach to patients using established eligibility criteria, and triage appropriately between DrEaMH services/programs.
5. Maintain, enhance and/or expand community partnerships; build positive relationships with community health center partners
6. Develop operations protocols and data collection tools in collaboration with the Director and Mobile Clinical Lead
7. Resolve problems that arise during clinics including staffing call-outs, system issues, WiFi problems, location challenges, equipment failure, etc.
8. Train and/or retrain staff as needed on operational processes and systems
9. Maintain/purchase equipment and manage supplies and inventory for the mobile van
10. Ensure efficient patient flow during mobile clinics; register patients or assume other duties if needed
11. Serve as the primary contact for the transportation company, including sending weekly schedules and communicating any changes
12. Manage the courier service and ensure specimens are transported appropriately to the lab
13. Ensure education materials are up-to-date and utilized appropriately at each clinic
14. Work closely with analysists on design and implementation of program evaluation plan
15. Run reports and analyze data; report on performance data for the mobile team
16. Participate in mobile team meetings; raise issues and communicate resolution to staff
17. Other duties as assigned
