The Development Coordinator is an integral role, providing administrative and programmatic support to the Special Events team and the Senior Managing Director for Communications, Donor Relations & Special Events within the Mass General Hospital Development Office. The Coordinator will manage calendars and meeting logistics, and handle select tasks for some special events and projects, as detailed below. Working occasional nights and weekends based on event assignments is required. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and who will thrive working collaboratively within a large and complex organization. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and project management skills. This position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with events at a renowned institution. Qualifications This position requires 1-2 years of work experience. A college degree is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who has been successful working in a fundraising office or as part of a team in a client-facing or relationship-building role.
