As a Coordinator, you will work alongside fellow management support professionals, or “MSPs,” who hold similar support roles on teams across the Development Office. As a Mass General Development MSP, you will be part of a dynamic cohort of individuals and have access to a variety of networking, professional development and leadership opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is organized and collegial and can anticipate needs and complete tasks independently. In addition, the ideal candidate will thrive working collaboratively as part of a team within a large and complex organization.

This position requires 1-2 years of experience , ideally in a fundraising office or a client-facing or relationship-building role . A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
