THE POSITION
In support of a high-growth mandate, we’re hiring for the position of Manager, Client Success to lead to a high performing team currently composed of five Client Success professionals on our Employer Programs team. The broader Client Success team is organized into a pod structure that supports three key B2B market segments: employers, strategic partners and resellers/carriers. With 3,000+ corporate clients and partners, this is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for the overall success of our B2B Employer Programs portfolio and KPIs such as retention, revenue growth, and NPS. If you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to personally impact the future of healthcare by empowering highly-established organizations and their stakeholders to discover a better healthcare experience.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for delivering on our strategies, including scaling and optimizing the performance of our Employer Programs Client Success team and portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Success, this is a key leadership position at Maple.
Critical to success in this role will be your proven leadership capabilities coupled with a passion for clients, people and results. Embodying a positive attitude and growth mindset, you inspire those around you to embrace challenges and seek continuous improvement while actively identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and drive efficiencies. Adaptable and resourceful, your ability to think on your feet and find innovative solutions will drive your success in this role.
12 – 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES
To realize the company’s growth mandate, within the first 90 days, you will establish a strong team operating model and get intimately involved with our business and client portfolio. You’ll review and refine the team’s key performance metrics and targets and begin executing on your goals.
In the next 12 to 18 months, you will demonstrate strong progress against executing on our client success strategies in addition to delivering on the team’s KPIs. Additionally, you will identify growth opportunities and optimize processes to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize team efficiency.
