Our client is one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. They are actively looking for Logistics Supervisor to join their operations.

Job Summary:
Man Machine Interface

• Leads high risk focus group for Working Around Mobile Equipment
• Champions deployment and ensure compliance with standards on site
• Leads resolution of issues with contractor and subcontractors

Traffic Management (General Traffic and Within Site)

• Participate and provide inputs on potential conflicts in daily coordination meeting
• Resolve conflicts on the ground
• Lead improvement initiatives
• Make observations and provide recommendations for improvements
• Steward improvements and ensure effectiveness

Jetty Management

• Supports gate opening form
• Regular update/info to base plant and adjacent neighbors

Walkway Management

• Daily walk (morning before work & post lunch) and expedite closure of action items (receives direction from HSE manager)

Communication for heavy lifts, vehicle access diversion

• Point of contact for distribution of communication associated with above
• Mass communication – currently there are too many duplicates in distribution, e

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree
• SSHE management – operations and maintenance, process planning and mechanical coordination, maintenance management, maintenance – mechanical, logistics, general marine operations
• Adept knowledge of logistics standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
• Broad Supply Chain knowledge
