Our fun-loving and results-driven HR team is looking for driven, detail-oriented individuals to assist in the development of processes, policies, and procedures to support the fastest growing safety distributor in the nation. This is a multi-faceted position, in which you will support critical human resources processes such as recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, culture development, employee relations, compliance, and more!

*Although every day will be different, here’s what a typical day may include: *
· Scan and upload documents to HCM System and other platforms
· Shredding, filing, and other general administrative tasks
· Review, proofread, and edit policies, documents, and write ups prepared by the Human Resources Department
· Audit invoices from benefit carriers
· Assist HR Manager in annual and ad hoc audits of employee paperwork, benefits enrollment, and other employee documentation
· Follow up with new and existing employees on missing and/or incomplete paperwork
· Process COBRA enrollments
· Assist HR Manager and Payroll Manager with unemployment paperwork, garnishments, and other state and federal reporting
· Assist HR Manager with FMLA and leave administration
· Manage I-9 process, including Form I-9, E-Verify, electronic and physical filing, and auditing
· Assist in the development and implementation of various HR initiatives
· Process digital role requests from Hiring Managers and post roles to Indeed/Paycom
· Complete background checks for new employees
· Audit and organize digital online recruiting folders
· Complete new employee onboarding processes in Paycom, Absorb, and internal communication channels
· Update Weekly HR Reports
· Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in the administrative pieces of offboarding processes such as scheduling Exit Interviews and completing terminations in Paycom
· Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in ongoing recruiting projects/process development
· Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in employee engagement and retention efforts
· Manage and track inventory of Mallory apparel
· Distribute new hire Mallory apparel and replacements for existing employees as needed
· Assist other departments within the branch as needed
