*Summary: *
The Senior HR Generalist will partner with business leaders to provide critical HR support and solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee and management development, and engagement and culture. This position also acts as a liaison between employees and management in resolving issues and maximizing productivity through employee satisfaction and measured performance.
*Essential Functions: *
* Develop recruitment plan-managing through ATS, advertise openings, screen applicants, coordinate and participate in interviews and pre-employment evaluations to ensure the best talent joins the company reflecting our Purpose and Core Values.
* Partner with Hiring Managers regarding job openings, employment strategy and applicant selection.
* Deliver new hire orientations and ensure that all onboarding training is complete. Assist with continual development and refinement of company onboarding process.
* Support and drive the annual HR processes such as performance management, benefits enrollment, employee relations, and policy interpretation and compliance. Assist in leveraging business and industry insights to manage the design, development, and delivery of HR programs, aligning with the business.
* Work closely with various levels of management and advise them on day-to-day employee issues and concerns.
* Champion Continuous Improvement and assist in the preparation and communication of HR programs and initiatives.
* Advise Director of Human Resources on issues to improve HR functions.
* Assist employees with issues relating to employee benefits.
* Advise employees and managers on leave of absence policies and procedures.
* Answer employee requests for HR assistance of various programs.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience of 5 – 10 years.
* Bilingual (Spanish) required.
* Must be highly customer service oriented and a team player.
* Certification is required.
* Demonstrate good judgment, and problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Must be a trustworthy self-starter who can work independently on highly detailed tasks and deliver accurate, timely results.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required.
* Demonstrated organization and accuracy skills; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects/tasks with competing deadlines.
* Must demonstrate the ability to solve problems, accept constructive feedback and show flexibility should priorities and/or deadlines change.
* Excellent verbal and written skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence. Must be able to build productive relationships across all levels of an organization.
Preferred:
* Experience working with HRIS and ATS technology.
*Work Environment: *
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
