Pay Range: Min $22 – Max $29
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team by delivering a best-in-class interview and candidate experience. This is a contract role (non-employee) and represents an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidate Care plays a key role in the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews and proactively communicating with candidates throughout the process.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
* Creating detailed and personalized candidate interview schedules
* Communicating proactively with potential candidates and those engaged in the interview process regarding their status
* Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
* Managing and communicating any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team
* Engaging in recruitment process improvement projects as appropriate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed. Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is preferred.
This role is onsite in our Troy, NY office.
