Responsible for the following within their assigned territory. However, this is not an exhaustive list. Directly manage all Regional Directors responsible for Sales, Operations, Growth, and Profitability of the Final Mile locations. Develop and aid in the implementation of new sites to the Pilot system and offer support in both sales and operations.
The Regional Director is responsible for the overall guidance of the Region, including the management of 8-10 Territory and Site Managers that will directly report to the Regional Director. The Regional Director is in charge of ensuring profitability and growth for their Region, including maintaining and growing customers and vendors.
Essential Functions:
- Execute regional office contracts and operating locations with regional responsibility.
- Implementing a competitive market strategy
- Identify business trends that could affect their region and respond accordingly.
- Controlling costs to maximize revenue
- Overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of their region
- Work as a point of escalation for Territory Managers
- Diagnose problems appearing in the region and formulate effective solutions
- Develop and evaluate regional talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Develop contingency plans for variations in workflow, and implement them as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Competencies:
- Complete understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of market trends as they relate to the business
- Excellent critical thinking and mathematic skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 5-10 years of experience Within a corporate, multi-site department required

Pay Range:
$115,000-$150,000
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
