About the job:
Luxfer Group is seeking an experienced manufacturing executive to join our Executive Leadership Team in the new role of Vice President of Business Transformation.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Luxfer’s individual business unit leaders as we develop new business strategies and drive business transformation through challenging assumptions around our existing operating models and structure.
With a strong background of operational management and business transformation, you will be capable of identifying and leading major internal programs related to lean manufacturing, while also exploring new business models that may include consolidations, outsourcing, partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.
