*Role Purpose Statement*
Facilitate full cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization in keeping with organizational talent acquisition strategies from sourcing to on-boarding.
*Main Accountabilities*
* Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
* Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
* Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
* Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
* Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
* Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
* Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
* Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
* Provide input on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
* Plan and Coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
* Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
* Develop an effective pipeline of talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
* Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
* Ensure compliance with US employment law posting requirements for all locations.
*Knowledge, Skills and Experience*
* Associates degree preferred
* Three years related administrative experience required
* Prior experience supporting an individual at the executive level preferred
* Must be extremely organized, accurate and demonstrate attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs as well as expertise in utilizing the Internet;
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to adapt quickly and learn to work well under pressure with limited information and training
* Demonstrated ability to maintain calm in stressful environment
* Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters in a professional manner
* Must be extremely dependable and prompt
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including an ability to connect videoconference calls
