The Los Angeles Dodgers’ Player Development targets and empowers the development of our players as human beings first, baseball players second. We perpetually hunt and add value at the margins to create a winning baseball ecosystem by supporting our players as they become more confident fathers, loyal friends, and trustworthy teammates. Our baseball players will arrive at Dodger stadium equipped to navigate the game and the world. Minor League Role. Experienced coaching is not a necessity.
