We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist here at ABI, based in Westlake Village, CA. You’ll be working for a busy Commercial Insurance Brokerage that specializes in the “for hire” transportation industry, which includes taxicab, limousine, and rideshare TNC APP based companies. As a fully paperless office, we thrive on utilizing technology and online agency management systems.
Supported by (and reporting to) the Head of People, you’ll be joining a friendly team of people who believe in integrity, fairness, trust and commitment.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of being in office at least 2 days per week.
Requirements
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating all recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective experience is delivered to all involved in the hiring process, booking and managing candidate interviews, job postings, tracking and maintaining candidate data, and ensuring team members are following the correct processes.
You will also support the People Team in improving existing processes across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to onboarding to exits, identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working, creating process guides, and adapting best practices across the organization.
We don’t have a checklist of skills – our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience.

What we offer
Our budget for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 and we will take into account your previous experience and location of work when agreeing on the final offer.
